A lifelong resident of the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area, Keith Herberts has always had a deep appreciation for architecture and design. From an early age, he found himself drawn to the details of buildings and structures, developing a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for how spaces are created and used. Though he never formally studied architecture, his enthusiasm and perfectionist nature naturally led him into the world of real estate and development.
Keith began investing in real estate in the 1990s, managing rental properties and apartment buildings, developing valuable experience in the industry. In 2021, he earned his real estate license and shifted his full focus to the field. His extensive background and strong network of local connections have positioned him as a knowledgeable and trusted figure in regional development.
Driven by a desire to give back to the community he’s always called home, Keith founded Legacy Point Investments with the goal of revitalizing local areas and creating spaces that serve both residents and businesses. His commitment to thoughtful, high-quality development is at the heart of every project.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending quality time with his wife of nearly 50 years, their two daughters and three grandchildren. He’s also an avid golfer and appreciates any opportunity to hit the course.
